Postponement/Deferment Request Form

Only complete the form below if you are experiencing financial difficulties (including, unemployment/underemployment, if applicable) that prevent you from making any payment amount on your loan(s). Postponement/deferment is granted at the lender’s/loan owner’s discretion. Postponement/deferment is provided as a temporary exception to your required regular monthly payments, and there are a maximum number of months of postponement/deferment allowed over the life of your loan. If your account is currently delinquent, an approved postponement/deferment may be applied retroactively to cover a period of delinquency and will count towards your total allowable postponement/deferment months.

Note: You are not eligible for this request if your first payment due date is more than 30 days away.
