What is the AscentConnect mobile app?

The AscentConnect mobile app helps you apply for a loan and manage your payments easily. With the AscentConnect mobile app, you can:

  • Apply for a college student loan or bootcamp loan
  • Make payments on your loan or set up autopay 
  • Check your Ascent loan balance
  • Discover resources to support your educational journey

Which devices can I use the AscentConnect mobile app on?

The AscentConnect mobile app is available only in the U.S. Apple App Store and the U.S. Google Play App Store. To download the AscentConnect mobile app, search for “AscentConnect” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I log into the AscentConnect mobile app?

To log into the AscentConnect mobile app, you can use the same Ascent login credentials that you created when applying for your Ascent loan. If you’ve forgotten your credentials, select the “Forgot Password” link on the login page of the mobile app and then enter the email address you used when applying for your Ascent loan. If you’re still experiencing issues, please email us at [email protected].

If you don’t already have an Ascent account, you’ll be able to create one in the mobile app. You’ll then be able to use your login information in the mobile app and for your online Ascent portal.

I don’t see my loan information in the mobile app. What do I do?

If you do not see your existing loans in the AscentConnect mobile app, please check if you can see your loan(s) on the online repayment portal at AscentFunding.LaunchServicing.com.

I am getting an ``out-of-sync`` error message in the mobile app. What do I do?

If you are getting “An out-of-sync problem was detected with recurring payment” message in the AscentConnect mobile app, please check if recurring payments for your loan(s) are set up in the online repayment portal at AscentFunding.LaunchServicing.com.
